FOUR YEARS BUILDING TOPFLIGHT. NOW, YOUR TURN.
Joanna built the momentum.
Now she’s opening the playbook.
Atomic Automations is owned by Topflight Insurance Solutions, the FMO founded by Joanna Wyckoff. Her approach connects agent education, marketing systems and hands-on support. Atomic is how she shares it.

Built by an agent, for agents
Before Topflight, Joanna spent nine and a half years as a claims specialist at the Social Security Administration in Atlanta. Today she runs Topflight Insurance Solutions, completes more than 38 carrier certifications every July, and trains her agents every week.
She built Atomic with Zach Paski for a simple reason: agents were paying for tools they never used.
“We built Atomic because we see that agents have frustrations. A lot of us had other services, but nobody was using them because they seemed complicated.”
What Joanna believes about growing a book
- Get in front of people. “You can’t be a secret agent.”
- Follow up like it’s part of the job, because it is.
- Use the tools you already pay for. “We already have the tools. We just got to use them.”
- Do something better today than you did yesterday.

Why was Atomic built?
Because agents had frustrations and many already paid for services they never used, since those tools seemed complicated. Atomic pairs the software with setup, training and an optional done-for-you crew.
