What is Atomic Automations?
Atomic Automations is a white label CRM and marketing automation platform built for insurance agents. It pairs a full CRM with done for you funnels for Medicare webinars, in person seminars and Facebook ads, plus optional concierge setup for Topflight Insurance Solutions agents.
Do I have to be a Topflight agent to use Atomic Automations?
No. The DIY plan at $97 per month is open to any agent. The Pro Concierge add on, where our team builds and runs your system, is reserved for agents contracted through Topflight Insurance Solutions.
What does the Pro Concierge add on include?
CRM setup and optimization, a webinar build, a website template, preset automations loaded for your product lines, a tailored AI assistant, Facebook ad management, monthly check ins and priority support. Bought individually those services total $2,542.
Which product lines have ready made automations?
ACA, Final Expense, Medicare, Mortgage Protection, Recruitment and Annuity / Retirement. Each comes pre configured so you only customize the details before publishing.
Is there an onboarding fee?
Concierge onboarding includes website creation, Google review setup, book of business upload, tags, automations, calendar and email connections and A2P registration. A one time onboarding fee covers that setup work. Ask the team for the current amount before you enroll.
What is Atomic University?
Atomic University is the training hub inside your CRM login. It includes the digital training library plus weekly live sessions where you can call in and get breakout room help setting up your automations.

Atomic University lives inside your CRM login. Sign in with Users Login and open the training area to find the digital library and the weekly live session schedule.
How do I get help setting up an automation?
Join the weekly Atomic University live session and ask for a breakout room, or open a support request and the Atomic team will follow up.
Can I upgrade from DIY to Pro Concierge later?
Yes, if you are a Topflight Insurance Solutions agent. Use Go Atomic Today to add Pro Concierge, or start contracting with Topflight first if you are not yet with them.
What is included in the Medicare webinar funnel?
A branded registration and thank you page, email and text reminders before the event, no-show and replay follow-up sequences, and a pipeline stage for every attendee.
How long does my webinar need to be?
Joanna’s rule is that the purpose of a webinar is to get an appointment or a lead, so it could be a 10 minute intro.
Does the $97 DIY plan build the webinar for me?
No. DIY includes the templates, sequences and training so you can build it yourself. A done-for-you webinar build is part of Pro Concierge, which is available to Topflight agents.
Can I use a recorded webinar?
Yes. The funnel works with live sessions and recorded replays.
What does the seminar funnel include?
An event landing page with an RSVP form, confirmation, reminder and day-of texts, seat and RSVP tracking in your CRM, and a post-event booking sequence for attendees.
Do seminars have to be expensive?
No. Joanna’s advice is that there is no rule you have to serve lobster. Coffee and dessert feel less intimidating, and community rooms are often low cost.
Where should I hold events?
Joanna suggests going where other brokers are not, like car shows, craft fairs and back to school events, and becoming known in the community even with something as simple as an ice cream social.
Is the seminar funnel included in DIY?
Yes, as templates and sequences you set up yourself. Pro Concierge adds the done-for-you setup for Topflight agents.
What is the Ads Launcher?
A tool inside the Atomic CRM for creating and managing Facebook ads, so each campaign stays connected to the funnel and follow-up behind it.
Which product lines have campaign templates?
ACA, Final Expense, Medicare, Mortgage Protection, Recruitment and Annuity / Retirement.
Does the $97 DIY plan include managed ads?
No. DIY includes the templates, the Ads Launcher and the follow-up sequences, and you run your own ads. Managed ads are part of Pro Concierge, which is available to Topflight agents.
Is ad spend included?
No. Ad spend is not included in the plan prices.
Who can buy Pro Concierge?
Agents contracted through Topflight Insurance Solutions. Every other agent can use the DIY plan at $97 a month.
What does Pro Concierge cost?
An add-on of $597 a month on top of DIY, plus a one-time onboarding fee for the setup work. Bought individually, the included services total $2,542.
What does onboarding include?
Website creation, Google review setup, uploading your book of business, tags, automations, calendar and email connections, and A2P registration for texting.
Does Pro Concierge guarantee appointments or growth?
No. Concierge builds, connects and supports the system. Results still depend on your market, your offers and the conversations you have.
What is the Atomic CRM built on?
Atomic is a white label GoHighLevel platform set up for insurance agents, with pre-built snapshots, pipelines and automations.
Is the CRM included in the $97 DIY plan?
Yes. Full CRM access comes with every plan. DIY users set up their own automations with the templates and training.
Does Atomic include phone numbers?
Yes. Atomic clients have Twilio phone numbers they can use for client calls and texts.
What is the AI chat bot assistant?
An assistant built around your business, schedule and call to action. On Pro Concierge, the crew builds a tailored one for you.
